Removing Barriers: Supporting Prospective Students by Sharing In-Progress Application Data with Colleges

Currently, colleges that are using CCCApply do not have the ability to view or access in-progress application data, they only have access to submitted applications via their downloads, Superglue, or by running a report in the CCCApply Report Center.

Colleges have requested access to this information in order to communicate and support prospective students. Development has been approved. Now we need your feedback to determine how best to implement this enhancement by identifying and prioritizing the business requirements and determining the scope of this project.

According to research conducted by CCCApply, 96% of students complete the application within 24 hours, and 90% complete within one hour, with the Mean time at 14 minutes. Knowing this, how quickly do you need to access in-progress applications and what would you do with that information? *
