Children + Youth Ministry Registration 2025-2026
Thank you for registering your child for our 2025-2026 Children and Youth Ministry program year! We have so many fun things planned and we can't wait to have your child join us. This registration will allow your child to participate in our Sunday, weekday, and off-campus events, such as Edge Kids (3rd-5th grade), Youth Group (6-12th grade), and Sunday morning Bible Study throughout the year.

The following form asks for information that will help us communicate with you about our programs, know the needs of your child, and allow us to procure appropriate medical care in the event of an emergency.
