- We are seeking Alumni 'Ambassadors' to represent PA sites (current & past)
Think of it as a UN of sorts!
Ambassadors are expected to meet 1x month
Ambassadors are expected to work collaboratively with their national counterparts during and outside of monthly meetings (approximate MINIMUM 5 hours/month)
At monthly meetings the Public Allies National Office (PANO) Alumni team and key staff will provide briefs/data/calls for action needed at the national level
Ambassadors, with support from the PANO Alumni team, are expected to lead, organize, and share out local alumni engagement efforts
If located where a site is actively operating, Ambassadors are also expected to connect and work collaboratively with local site staff
PANO Alumni team will provide a framework for engagement that can and should be adapted to meet the talents, treasures, and support needed for local site Alumni (ex: fundraising towards a $1M campaign, +1 fun meetups, storytelling, letter writing, general outreach)
Ambassadors are expected to attend and help facilitate quarterly Alumni Assembly Room events which will be open to all Alumni from the network
The term of service will run from April 2025 - April 2026; PANO Alumni team will provide a confirmed schedule ASAP
TL:DR If you have the time and energy, we want you to be the spark and connective thread between national and local Alumni engagement efforts!
