To assist families in coordinating transportation to Notre Dame, the Admissions Team will facilitate the creation of a contact list for families. Please note that this is only meant to be a resource for families. The Admission Office is only responsible for collecting and sharing the information, and will not be responsible for actually coordinating any carpools.

If you are interested in appearing on the carpool list for the 2024-2025 school year, please complete the Notre Dame Car Pool Network Registration Form on the New Student Website by August 1, 2024. Disclaimer, Consent and Release

By facilitating the creation and dissemination of a Carpool List, Notre Dame High School is not offering a carpool service, but are instead making available a potential resource for our students and their families. It is therefore left to each participant in any carpool arising from the Carpool List to make an independent assessment of the appropriateness and safety of participating in such a carpool.

Notre Dame High School is not responsible for ensuring the qualifications, competency, training, licensing, driving record, driving habits or insurance coverage of any drivers or chaperones identified on the Carpool List. Notre Dame High School is not responsible for ensuring that vehicles of participants are roadworthy or properly insured. In addition, please read carefully the following consent, disclaimer and release before applying for inclusion on the Carpool List: 

The undersigned acknowledges, on their own behalf and on behalf of the minor child that there are risks he or she voluntarily assumes in participating in a carpool, some of which are referred to in this document. Notre Dame High School does not assume any liability whatsoever in connection with any carpool arising from the Carpool List. The undersigned, on their own behalf and on behalf of the minor child, releases Notre Dame High School form all liability for loss or damage to any vehicle and/or its contents, or for injury to or death of any person, which arises in the course of, or in connection with, or as a result of any car pool arising from the Carpool List including, without limitation, vehicle accidents, driving infractions and incidents involving carpool participants.
