After creating your account, complete this online form and our associates will complete your registration.

Notes:
  • Your first month's dues are prorated.
  • Your membership barcode will automatically appear on your mobile app account.
  • Memberships dues are charged automatically on the 1st of each month using EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer).
  • Members are required to check-in at the front desk by scanning the member ID barcode (Card or Electronic version on the APP)
  • Impact Activities does not offer (On-Hold) option for memberships however members are allowed to cancel at any time with a 30-day notice. (please note that full initiation fee is charged upon re-registration for everyone)

Family Membership plan - covers up to 4 people (2 Adults + 2 Juniors under 21) living in the same household. All others guests must pay their share of the court fees per person

Family Memberships are strictly limited to two adults and two juniors (under 18) living in the same household. Friends, roommates, or individuals from separate households do not qualify for a Family Membership.

Membership applications that do not meet these criteria will not be processed.
