I/We enter this competition having read and understood the Rules and Regulations as set out on the website here Race Rules. I/We accept full responsibility for any damage to our person or soap box/bike and equipment. In particular I/We understand the following:

All Soap Boxes must be fitted with a substantial roll bar. All welding and general construction must be of good standard. Safety clothing and headwear must be worn. No bare limbs will be allowed. All soapboxes and bicycles will be scrutineered to show that they conform to our regulations. This is not a guarantee of safety. The scrutineer may determine that carts are unfit and must not race - any such decision is final.

Personal Insurance

We REQUIRE ALL DRIVERS TO HAVE PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE. This can be obtained for a small fee from https://www.sportscoverdirect.com. Participation will be refused without it.
