Use this form to indicate your desired practice days.
Allow 48 hours after completing the form to receive confirmation and follow-up on your assigned practice day/time.
Assignments are made in the order request is received.  Make sure you provide alternative day options in case your preferred day is already full.

PRACTICE TIME ALLOCATION POLICY.
1. Practice times are either 5pm-6pm/6pm - 7pm (10U & Younger) or 7:15pm - 8:30pm (12U & Older)
2. 6U will be assigned practice on Fridays only at 6pm.
3. 6/8U Teams practice 1 Day/week, 10U & Older practice 2 Days/Week (8U in Spring 2 Days/Week)
4.  12U & Older teams receive priority for the 7:15pm practice slot each day.  Any 10U or younger teams requesting a 7:15pm practice slot will not receive a confirmation for that time until all 12U and older teams have been allocated a space at that time.
5.  Teams with the 6pm practice time may start earlier than 6, but must finish practice by 7pm sharp.  Do not go past 7pm.  Teams practicing at 7:15 need access to the field at 7pm to start setting up.    
6.  General Guideline:  Tuesdays and Thursdays are the most requested days and times, followed by Wednesday, if you want to guarantee your first priority day(s) and times your best odds are Mondays and Fridays.  

NOTE: When possible we will try to place teams from the same division next to each other to simplify scrimmages and joint practices (which we highly encourage)
