We need helpers to work the following stations: New Student Greeter & Lending Closet, Refreshments Table, and New Student Helpers to assist new families with finding schedules and studios.
Additionally, we are seeking donations for food and drinks for the refreshments table. If you are interested in donating, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We expect between 150 and 175 attendees between the two events.
Please think carefully about how you are able to help and when, as once we start making the volunteer schedule, it is nearly impossible to rearrange it if your availability changes. If you have a last-minute change in your availability, you will be asked to arrange for your own volunteer replacement.

If both parent and student are able to volunteer for the same days/times, you may submit one form for both people. If the parent and student availability is not the same, please submit an additional form and include detail in the "Notes and/or special circumstances" box.
