Please use this online form to let us know how many tickets you will need for your SECONDARY Show 4 to be held on Saturday, May 7 at 3:45 pm.  

Complimentary BLDC Parent tickets must be used ONLY by a BLDC PARENT of the dancer.
Complimentary BLDC Dancer tickets must be used ONLY by a SIBLING ENROLLED AT BLDC who is not performing in that show. Please honor this policy so we can continue to offer Complimentary tickets. Complimentary tickets will most likely be for seats in the balcony.

Please submit this ticket form by April 29. All ticket forms must be submitted NO LATER THAN April 29. Charges for ticket orders will be posted to your account.  All ticket fees (cash or check) must be received in the BLDC office by April 29.  After this date, unpaid tickets will be released.  Payments can be mailed to 888 Chicago Dr., Jenison, MI 49428
