CCSF - 2020 Accreditation Midterm Report Feedback Form
As part of the regular, 7-year accreditation cycle, the College is required to submit a Midterm Report to the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC).

Our Midterm Report will be due in October 2020, and we have developed an initial draft that will undergo collegial and participatory governance review beginning in March 2020.

We would like your feedback on the initial draft Midterm Report by February 28.

In the space under each of the sections of the Midterm Report below (starting with Section 4), please provide any thoughts you have. At the end, we have provided a space for you to comment more generally if you wish.

We also encourage you to reach out to and engage in conversations with your constituent leadership about the Midterm Report.
