2019 IMPACT Outreach Host Application
Impact Clubs Dates:
June 17-20

Job Description:
The clubs are at either low income apartments or community parks/splash pads. The hosts serve as an outreach presence at the location. This involves making sure our team is doing well, talking to parents who are hanging out, and overall supervision of what is going on. Of course it can get really HOT, so keeping everyone hydrated is a priority item.

Host Responsibilities:
Bring Water! Please try to get a hold of a large refillable jug of some sort and bring it and cups with you. Another opotion is to purchase lots of water bottle. You could label and refill these each night to save money.
Bring frozen Flavor Ices; please plan for about 50 per day. It might be helpful if you kept a small cooler, or insulated bag of some sort in your vehicle that week so that your cold items stay cold.
Hosts should report to your park/apartment location 15 minutes early. Your team will be arriving around 1:15 p.m. (Some Outreach hosts also volunteer to drive a team from GBC but that is optional.)
