Community Care NYC - Volunteer Form
We are a small group of friends and neighbors who have come together to support our community by running errands for those who are at high risk or cannot leave their homes during the Coronavirus crisis. If you are able to help run errands and would like to sign up to receive alerts when we receive requests through our hotline please fill out to form below.

Please note that our process works by sending out alerts for individual requests. We want this work to be flexible and without a need for ongoing commitment. Signing up just means you'll have access to view and take on available requests when they come in, but there is no commitment to take them on.

We need people to run errands such as grocery and prescription delivery among other small tasks. We also need people to help remotely by working Dispatch on the phones to log requests. Check off what you are able to take on.
If you have other skills/ capacities to offer let us know here. We focus on running errands but other needs may come up.
