2016 USMS One Hour ePostal National Championship - Reserve Your Lane!

Objective: To swim as far as possible in one hour in a pool that is 25 yards or longer. Event results are sent in to USMS electronically so you can compare yourself to other swimmers in your age group.

We will also compete in the Club division competing against other USMS clubs around the country. Go Palm Beach Masters! Wahoo!

Entry Fee: $7 per swimmer, bring with you to your swim . You must be registered with USMS, prior to the day you swim, to participate in this postal event.

These are the preferred time slots, where the focus is on the 1 Hr Swim. Plan on 2 1/2 hrs. You will swim an hour and also keep splits for a fellow teammate for an hour. A faster & slower swim heat will be setup, so you may have someone to pace with.

PREFERRED time slot in DELRAY: SATURDAY 1/23/16 7:15am - 9:45am (28 swimmers max, swim & count)

PREFERRED time slot in JUPITER: SATURDAY 1/30/16 7:15am - 9:45am (48 swimmers max, swim & count) LAST CHANCE!

IF you can't swim during the Saturday time slots above ... other limited lanes will be available to swim the One Hour Swim during our regular workout time. Please reserve your slot.

IF you are able to, please bring someone to count & keep your splits. Otherwise, the coach on deck will track your splits & distance.
