Please respond ONCE for EACH CHILD you would like to register.  You only need to register your child one time for your child to be signed up for all the weeks of this program.

***Please note the age limits for this program.  If your child is not within the age range for this program, please call the library children's desk to speak with Miss Patti BEFORE registering.  Library programs are created for specific ages pertaining to skill abilities and attention levels.***  

A confirmation message should come up after you hit submit (you will not receive a confirmation email after registering). Once you have filled out the form and successfully submitted it, your child is registered and may start attending the program.  If you are concerned about whether or not your child has been successfully registered, please send us an email to gaplsq@greenvillelibrary.net OR give us a call at the library's children's desk at 724-588-5490, and we can confirm for you.
