What is Little Pink Kitchen?

Little Pink Kitchen is a weekly meal delivery service that provides fresh, seasonal, ready to eat dishes, that can be combined to create several days’ worth of delicious lunches and dinners.

How does it work?

Weekly meals: A standard delivery contains a meat or chicken main, vegetarian main, hearty grain/vegetable dish, soup, salad, and veggie side dish, based on your food preferences and what is in season. The portions are ample and the dishes have similar flavor profiles, so they can be mixed-and-matched to create a variety of meals. I like to assemble the dishes so that they can be easily deconstructed. That way if you love cheese, for example, but your mate does not, you can both be happy. I also offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free options.

Delivery: Right to your door! Weekly, every other week, or as needed on Tuesdays. Meals come in Pyrex containers that can go from your fridge to the oven and back. Just wash them and swap them out at the next delivery. Deliveries may be adjusted or canceled during the holidays. Delivery is limited to the Central Denver area unless special arrangements are made.

Meal preparation: Most meals arrive ready to eat. Some may need a little time in the oven first. All meals come with a full set of cooking directions and mix-and-match suggestions to instruct, and maybe even inspire, your own future cooking endeavors.

Menu selection: Every week I plan a unique menu based on what is in season and what is abundant in my local farm share. I rotate beef, chicken, and pork main dishes from week-to-week and like to cook an assortment of ethnic foods and American favorites too so that you get a ton of variety and nutrients. Weekly deliveries are designed for convenience. Serve the food family style or plate it individually. Enjoy the food for dinner, lunch, or a grab-and-go snack.
Who is it for? Adventurous eaters who love healthy meals, hate food ruts, and want more free time!

Is this health food? This is whole food. I use natural foods and local, organic meat and produce at every possible turn. I make salad dressings, sauces, heirloom beans and stocks from scratch, and give you tips on how you can use the leftovers with what’s already in your fridge or pantry. I am a loyal supporter of local businesses like Monroe Organic Farms, Growers Organic, Vitamin Cottage, Oliver’s Meats, Savory Spice, St. Killian’s Cheese, and Seafood Landing to name a few.
Cost: The cost of weekly delivery is determined by number of people in the household, delivery distance, and dietary needs. A standard weekly delivery typically runs $165 for 2 adults and $135 for a single adult. If you have a larger family, please ask for pricing options. You can pay by cash, check, or credit card on the day of delivery.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made by noon on the Wednesday prior to your scheduled Tuesday delivery. Cancellations made after that time are subject to a charge of the cost of the planned delivery.
