NPC Romances: develop more deep interactions with the other characters in the hub, including a possible romance
Scripted scenes: Add some scripted events to trigger when losing, activating some traps, or triggering some dialogues.
Sex positions: Add more quantity of sex positions, both for two and threesomes, as well as remaking older lower quality animations
Level design: Make the leves more interesting visually and strategically
Boss/Elite abilites: Give bosses and elites more complex and probably unfair special abilities
