Younger age players can play in older age category, but an older age player cannot play in a younger age category. For ex, a 14 year old player can play in the 19 & Under category, but he cannot play in a 13&Under category.
Only two younger players (Under 30)  are allowed in Over 30 team. ID can be asked on Captain's request.
Each team must include 2 or more substitute players.
