WHAT:Nourish your body, mind and soul as we explore how to deepen our relationship to food. Learn and share with others how to create simple dishes using rich and nutritious ingredients. “Cook from scratch” and experience the joy of cooking through cultivating mindfulness techniques. We will share recipes, cook together, listen to music, and feast around a table while sharing stories and enjoying nutritious, balanced, wholesome meals. This is an opportunity to learn about and share in the pleasure of preparing (mostly) plant-based, homemade, & overall healthy meals that nourish our bodies, purify our minds, energize our hearts, and provide healthy bacteria for our guts that keep us balanced and in harmony with the chemistry of our overall well-being.
