MMATHS 2020 Registration
Thank you for your interest in MMATHS 2020!  The competition will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2020.

If you plan to attend, please fill out the information below to register your team.  Teams can have up to 6 students. Please write down an email for each student! If you want to register multiple teams from the same school or organization, please fill out this form once for each team and pick a different team name.  Multiple teams from the same school or organization can have the same sponsor. The sponsor should be reachable at the email provided on this form.  We will be using this contact info to inform the schools of details about the competition and we will be sending score reports to this email.

The deadline to fill out this form has been extended until October 16.
