#DoGoodStuff & keep the music going!

Jonnie’s Goodguys, a 501c3 non profit organization, began as a way to honor a good guy, Jonathan Miller, a Star of Indiana Drum & Bugle Corps member from 1990-1993.
In 2005 Jonathan, a new father, collapsed at work. An aortic dissection took Jon’s life at age 33.
While not 100% certain, Jon did have several diagnostic criteria of Marfan syndrome, a connective tissue disorder.
In 2012, another Goodguy and Bluecoats alum nearly lost his life at 40 years old to a massive heart attack. Although seemingly healthy, genetically high cholesterol caused him to have 100% blockage of his main artery.

Jonnie’s Goodguys has worked with The Marfan Foundation, The John Ritter Foundation for Aortic Health & The American Heart Association to spread awareness, educate & advocate, and financially support their research efforts.
We want to support our beloved Drum Corps activity as it has brought us all together and given us what cannot be measured.
We encourage everyone to take care of their heart at every age and to #DoGoodStuff.
