Creating Bibliographies and Managing Information Using EndNote

This basic workshop will introduce you to EndNote, a bibliographic management tool that stores your references in a searchable database and formats citations in your preferred citation style (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.) You will learn how to:

* export references from library databases to EndNote
* add citations to a Word document
* format your footnotes, endnotes, or in-text citations and bibliography automatically
* manage information using groups, notes, labels, and PDF attachments

If you plan on using your own laptop during the workshop, please complete the preparation steps on our Using EndNote page http://library.williams.edu/computing/using-endnote.php BEFORE the workshop.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please send an e-mail to Lori DuBois at ldubois@williams.edu.
