Daycare/Alternate Address
This section is to be completed for students in grades K-4 that attend daycare or for families that qualify for an alternate stop location other than the student's home address. District policy states that students may have one alternate address for pick up or drop off. This alternate stop cannot vary by day and must in the student's elementary attendance area boundary . The alternate stop must also be more than one mile away from school. Parents requesting exceptions to this policy must provide the Transportation Office with official legal documentation supporting the request. Each request will be evaluated by the Transportation Coordinator for approval.
