I understand that registration is not considered complete until all required registration materials have been submitted and the applicable registration fee has been received by the St. Joan of Arc Parish School Office.

I understand that a non-refundable registration fee of $75 per student (maximum $200 per family) applies to registrations received on or before February 28. Registrations received after February 28 are subject to a non-refundable registration fee of $150 per student (maximum $400 per family).

To complete registration, the following documents must be submitted to the school office:

Birth Certificate
Baptism Certificate (if applicable)
Current Immunization Record
Most Recent Report Card (Grades 1–8)
