PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED SEPARATELY FOR EACH PERSON REGISTERING.

All registration fees include basic camp fees (water, showers, power, shade, etc.) and 3 meals daily. Vehicle camping and domes, yurts and large tents continue to be an additional charge on top of standard camping fees.

PayPal invoices for will be sent out within 2 weeks of your registration. Registrations are not considered complete, and your space on the camp list is not reserved, until your payment is received. Please do not send payment until you receive your invoice.

Camping at Reverbia
Reverbia campers are required to pay the camping fee, $260 USD (Regular Regstration, June 16th-July 20th), which includes drinking water, showers, shade, power, and shaded tent space (as available on a first-come-first served basis), plus 3 full meals a day.

Tents with footprints smaller than 50sq feet are included in the basic fee. Additional fees are required for RVs, yurts, tent trailers, travel trailers, buses, campers, tent structures larger than 50sq feet, and other vehicles/structures being used for camping. Power is included.

Fees:

Vehicle or structure over 50sq ft but under 19', without RV plugin or Air Con (A/C) requirements - $50 USD
Vehicle or structure 19' and under with plug in requirements - $100 USD
Vehicle or structure 20' - 29' - $150 USD
Vehicle or structure 30' or over - $200 USD

Vehicles over 20' without significant power requirements may be eligible for a discount.

Please note that it is the responsibility of campers to bring extension cords long enough to reach the appropriate power hub.

Meal Plan
The meal plan is included in camp fees. A cooked breakfast, light lunch and substantial dinner will be provided each day, Monday through Sunday. All meals are served buffet style and include multiple options. Water, coffee and tea are included; please bring any other drinks you would like.
Please list any special meal requirements you have, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and food allergies. We will do our best to accommodate special requests and will let you know if your request cannot be accommodated. Please describe your special meal requirement(s) in the box below.
Volunteering and Participation
Reverbia is a collective effort, which means the success of our camp relies on you! All Reverbia Campers are required to contribute 10 or more hours of community service to our camp. Volunteers are required to assist with meal prep, trash management and recycling, power and water system maintenance, stage management, sound engineering, and other areas.

We'll be sending out the link for the VOLUNTEER SIGN UP SHEET to all registered campers. The following questions are for volunteer opportunities prior to the event, and for performance and teaching volunteering during the event.

Please note that EVERYONE is expected to help tear down the camp infrastructure on Sunday, September 4th.
Reverbia Camp Build - At the event
There are a limited number of Early Arrival Passes available to Camp Builders. These positions require moderate physical fitness, and include tasks such as lifting, digging, hoisting, pounding rebar, etc. Construction skills and ability to bring some personal tools are assets. A good sense of humour is mandatory.

Early Arrival Passes are also available for the meal preparation on the playa for the camp builders. This is a large task, and previous kitchen experience is key.

Given the large scale of our camp build, Early Arrival Passes will only be granted to individuals who can arrive on playa no later than Monday, August 22nd.

Reverbia Kitchen Prep Week - Eugene, Oregon
We are seeking 6 volunteers for pre-event food preparation, which will be done in Eugene, Oregon from August 20th-26th. Volunteers may start between August 20th and 23rd.

We will be having as much fun as possible while being highly productive. Tasks include picking up product orders from local producers, doing basic prep (washing, chopping, packaging, etc) on various meats and vegetables, preparing sauces and other food items, and other tasks. These roles require only minimal kitchen experience but a strong willingness to take on a variety of tasks and to work as a member of a team. Skills such as cutting down meats are an asset. A good sense of humour is mandatory.

Basic accommodations may be provided in Eugene. Early Arrival Passes may be available for some of the food prep volunteers to set up the kitchen at the event. Volunteers will be contacted directly by a kitchen staff member for organization of details.

Reverbia is all about live music and performance. If you are interested in performing with us, and/or leading a workshop or yoga class, please let us know!

We also welcome art pieces or installations to be placed within Reverbia camp, or on Reverbia frontage. You will be contacted with further details on space availability.
