The goal of this offering is to provide a self care class designed and recorded JUST FOR YOU. We recognize that everyone's self care needs are different so this is chance for you to really tap into what that looks like for you, with our help of course! You own the recording forever and can purchase as many as you like for as long as we offer them. Yoga, meditation, relaxation practices, mindfulness, or guided body work are some of your options! You even choose the length of the class.

WHY PAY WHAT YOU CAN? I love this work so deeply and believe strongly that A. folks can benefit greatly from a wellness practice that is  personalized & B. that self care should be accessible! So please help me spread the word also about this service! I hope I am able to create a session that will support you in your self care and wellness journey!

Some folks ask... well what is a fair offering for payment? Well, each recording takes about 1-3 hours of time depending on the complexity of the recording... if that helps. I have offered these in the past for no charge if I know someone really needs it. If I am charging my sliding scale rate I ask 50 -120$ an hour. If someone offered me $5, $10 or $20 I would not say no. So I hope that offers a bit better of an idea. In the end, pay what you can means just that.

• Rebecca is a MacEwan graduate of the holistic health practitioner program and offers support, guidance and insight into better understanding the connection between physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. The practices of Reiki, Reflexology, Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness are therapeutic areas she has experience, training and certification in. Rebecca continues to dedicate herself to deepen her commitment to the art of holistic health. She holds a degree in Human Service Administration which also informs her practice by allowing her to utilize systems level thinking in asset based strategic wellness development with individuals and groups. Her focus and passions involve the cultivation of self care, community care, and stress management. Any information or services outside of the scope of this practitioners practice will be
treated as a referral to another professional practitioner if available and appropriate.

•Receiving sessions from this holistic health practitioner should not replace any medical or psychological treatment.
•This practitioner does not treat or diagnose illness, injury, disease or defect.
•A session may be ended at any time by the client or practitioner.
•This practitioner has the right to deny service to any client.
•It is the client’s responsibility to inform this practitioner if at anytime during the session,
feelings of discomfort and/or pain arise. It is not necessary to experience unreasonable pain or discomfort in a session and the occurrence of such may require referral to an appropriate professional practitioner or the exploration of alternative wellness options.
•It is this practitioners’ responsibility to provide clients with a safe, comfortable,
confidential and professional environment in which to receive and explore
complementary and alternative health and wellness practices or strategic wellness planning sessions.
•It is the responsibility of the client to be honest with themselves and this practitioner
regarding information about their health and wellness.

REIKI is a Japanese practice involving non invasive hand placement and/or hands off attention and shared meditation. Benefits include stress reduction, relaxation, inspiration, and healing on many levels.

YOGA & MEDITATION are holistic practices connecting postures, breath work, concentration, mindfulness and ancient Vedic and Buddhist philosophy to create union between body and mind. Benefits include overall well being, relaxation, increased resiliency, and a sense of connection.

REFLEXOLOGY is a technique involving gentle massage and compression of pressure points
on the hands and/or feet. Benefits include increased circulation, pain management,
energy flow, relaxation, and stress reduction.

This practitioner uses all elements of her training in a session, however a focus on any one of these practices is welcomed and or may be recommended.
