My Stress Profile
There are only TWO Rules:

Yes, I know this has been done to death but still always works to reinforce.

You can skip any question you don't want to respond to. The ones which are relevant but you choose not to answer are THE ones which are related to issues that are causing the most stress in your life. Attend to them immediately.

This will take about 15-20 min to complete. DO NOT start if you are NOT relaxed and stress free. You will see your STRESS SCORE after you finish the questionnaire along with feedback for each question. Go through them and write down your action plan in the STRESS CAUSES MATRIX.

Note: Responses will be used for research purpose with absolutely no reference to the individual respondents.
