1284 founder George Oliver is a Chartered PR and a Chartered Manager. He is also a mentor at Leicester Startups and Generation Next. He is interested in testing the viability of moving the existing reduced-rate services 1284 provides for local startups and social enterprises to a 'set menu' startup comms offer. The idea is that it would provide entry-level comms templates to then tailor for their own future comms.
