The Wednesday Bubble is a BRINGER & STAYER open mic stand up comedy night at the Black Eel in Dalston, Hackney.
It runs on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month.
The Wednesday Bubble is a grassroots stand up comedy night, where new comics can gain experience, intermediate comics can further cut their teeth and experienced comics can work on what they want stress free and help those coming up.
Across all experience levels the WB is a friendly and safe space, focused on community and being funny.

Please follow @the_wednesday_bubble to be updated on when spots have been given out. Everyone who is offered a spot will be emailed the details and asked to confirm.
Please note this is a strict bringer gig - we do this to ensure an audience. If you are not able to come with a bringer having been confirmed for a bringer spot, then you will not be booked again.
Doors are at 18:30 and sign in is by 18:45 please. If you need to be late, please give the organiser (@louwilkinsoncomedy) notice - I'll be there from 18:00 setting up.
Shows start at 19:00 (if not delayed) and run for 2.5 hours. We really try to keep this tight so you can reliably plan on how to get home and not keep wondering what the f*** is going on!
That being said, sticking around to have a drink and socialise after is highly encouraged! It's good to get to know you all so come say hello.
