Representation in your CS Courses
This project is funded by the National Science Foundation, which has a mission to expand participation to students from groups underrepresentation in CS. This includes people who identify as girls/women, Hispanic, Black/African American, and Indigenous (i.e., Native American, Native Alaskan, Native Hawaiian, and Other Pacific Islanders). In my annual reports to the National Science Foundation, I need to report on the extent to which my project is helping them achieve the goal of broadening participation in computing. My inventory of kits, and not your responses below, will determine whether or not you receive a kit. And if you want to discuss strategies for recruiting strategies that help you broaden participation in computing:
