The Fall Flea Vendor Registration

The Fall Flea is a two-day juried event, meaning vendors and dealers are selected based on the goods they have to offer.

WHO SHOULD APPLY:

We are looking for a wide representation of true vintage merchandise or repurposed, up-cycled goods made from vintage. Some market goods may be permitted, but must have prior approval. Apparel should be preferably handmade or vintage inspired. Art vendors will be chosen according to style and appropriateness.
Photos of the types of things you sell are required as part of the application process. Vintage, repurposed and reclaimed merchandise should be 90% of your stock, (clothing is the exception).

VENDOR SET UP:

Vendors may begin set up at 7am the morning of the show.
*** All set up must be done and cars moved by 9:30. Many customers come and try to get in early so we must be clear and ready to go by 10am when the gates open.***

We will have security Saturday night. However, we are not responsible for your goods and/or damage to goods/tent due to weather. Upon arrival, there will be helpers available to give you instructions. We will provide you only with a space. Vendor must supply tables, canopies, & chairs. Canopies not required. Vendors will be set up on pavement with no cover provided.

Please note that the city does not allow any stakes to be used for tent set up.

Weather: Inclement weather may result in event cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellations: If vendor chooses to cancel, please be courteous and let us know in advance. Vendors are not allowed to leave or back up early.

BOOTH SPACE RENTALS:

Vendor booths are 12 x 12 with flexibility and rent for $100. Your payment must be paid 1 month prior to the event to secure your booth space. An invoice for your space will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration. Make checks payable to Summer Hayes.
