Fall Harvest Fest!
Friday November 7th 12-2 pm @ MEWA

There will be snacks, drinks, crafts, pumpkin painting, games, and more!! To help us prepare enough supplies and space, all students must sign up. Please sign up by the end of the day on Tuesday November 4th.

Guardians who are interested in volunteering: Please complete the Fall Harvest Fest volunteer sign up form on the event flyer. All volunteers must have a cleared background check to stay on campus.

Guardians: I understand that for my child to attend an extracurricular event they must: 
Be kind and respectful to classmates and staff members (Example: Following directions from teachers, sharing supplies with classmates, etc.)
Be safe (Example: Stay with your group, stay in designated areas, etc.)
Be responsible (Example: appropriate words, cleaning up spaces, etc.)
If these requirements are not met, I understand that I will be contacted to pick up my student at MEWA before the event ends.

In order for my child, a minor, to take part in and receive the advantages of a program planned and sponsored by Metro East Web Academy, I am permitting my child to make any or all of the trips included in the planned program of the school.

I release the school and its employees, and waive all claims of any kind arising out of the trip(s) taken and first-aid or other medical services provided to my student in the event of accident/illness, including but not limited to injury, illness, death, monetary loss or property damage. I understand that there is risk for my student(s) and expressly assume the risk of injury or harm. I also authorize the school and its employees to secure the services of a medical professional or hospital/clinic, and to incur the expenses for such services in the event of an accident/illness and I will provide for the payment of these expenses/costs.
