Transferring to Secondary School September 2026 
This document does not form part of the admissions arrangements and is only offered to support with the admission administrative process. It is recommended that this document is completed on behalf of your son. Please note you are unable to upload  a Baptism Certificate or evidence of reception into the Catholic Church via this form. This should be provided for all candidates applying for a place under  Category A . Documents can be emailed  to: admissions@johnfisherschool.org no later than 31/10/2025. Any documentation to be submitted to  supporting a claim for Exceptional Needs ( full details on the admissions policy section 3.1) should be emailed to the the school, by 31/10/25
