In this role, you will be responsible for creating and posting engaging TikToks daily and weekly that resonate with our audience and amplify our mission. We welcome members from all backgrounds and locations globally, strengthen our community and impact. You must commit to
atleast 1 year as this role with ECI (We have the right to remove you any time, if no effort is shown, etc)
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop and produce original, high-quality TikTok videos that align with our mission and engage our community.
Regular Posting: Maintain a consistent posting schedule to ensure our content reaches the right audience at the right time.
Leadership Development: Gain valuable leadership experience by managing the TikTok strategy, collaborating with team members, and contributing to broader social media initiatives.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and creatively, while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to community engagement.
- Good leaderership skills
- Be comfortable in front of a camera
- Be able to communicate with the ECI Board
