2020 Summer School Application
Summer School Rules and Procedures
Where: EPHS
When: Aug 3-20, 2020
Days: Monday-Thursday
Time: 8:00-12:00 am, Breakfast: 7:45 am, Lunch: 12:00 pm
Transportation: Bus stops will be emailed to students

Student Info Attendance: Students are expected to be in their session from 8:00 - 12:00. If a student misses class, without prearranged notice, then the student’s spot can be given to another student. Minimal arrangements can be made with teacher prior to an absence.

Tardiness: Students are to be in their seats when the second bell rings at 8:00am. Students tardy, less than 15 minutes, will need to stay until 12:15 to make the time up. If students are later than 15 minutes, then they will be considered absent for the day.

Disciplinary Expectations and Procedures: The standard classroom policies as stated in the EPHS handbook, including the Zero-Tolerance Drug policy, General Behavior policies, the Food, Drink and Gum policy, and the school’s normal Disciplinary Procedures are in effect.

Closed Campus: NO STUDENT IS ALLOWED OFF CAMPUS. Serious disciplinary consequences, including immediate dismissal from the summer school program, may be incurred if a student is caught off campus. As usual, all visitors must sign in at the school office as soon as they arrive on campus.

Completed Classes: Students who complete classes with a passing grade will be transcripted and either given another class to complete or dismissed from summer school

Transportation: Transportation will be provided. Call the Bus Barn at 541-830-1245 for more information.

In-person courses are subject to change to online courses, pending updated guidance from the Oregon Dept. of Education.
