NYSSRA Club Registration
Sign up form for NYSSRA Nordic Clubs- Fill it in and send your club sanctioning check ($45, payable to NYSSRRA Nordic, Inc.) to Jack Rueckheim, 487 Ringwood Rd., Freeville, NY 13068. Once both are received, reviewed and approved your club can be sanctioned for the season.
If you need a Certificate of insurance, also follow the link on the forms page to request one.
