Thank you for your interest in attending OPACC's 2023 Annual General Meeting! The meeting will take place on Saturday, June 10th from 11AM-1PM.
Meeting schedule:
10-11AM: Board Meeting (for OPACC current Board Members/staff only; closed to public)
11-11:30AM: AGM with Chair's Report, Financial Report, and Election of Officers
11:30-12PM: Break for lunch (lunch will be provided)
12-1PM: Guest speaker Laura McGrath from Upopolis
If attending in person, please register by Monday, June 5th so we have the numbers for the lunch.
If attending virtually, you can register up to Friday, June 9th at 5PM EST to get the Zoom links (two separate links for AGM and/or speaker).
No childcare will be provided. The nearest paid parking lot is located at the corner of Bathurst & College. If you can't attend live but still want access to the presentation recording, there is no need to register, as we will be sharing a recording of the presentation via email and on social media the week after.
