ENROLLMENT age deadlines:

Universal Pre-k (UPK) Your child must turn 4 years of age by Dec 1,2024

Kindergarten (K): Your child must turn 5 years of age by Dec. 1, 2024

If you are interested in enrolling your child in our Integrated Pre-K classroom please contact the school prior to completing the enrollment form.

Please note that a COMPLETED enrollment packet must be submitted for your child to be registered. To be considered complete You must provide

this enrollment form (a paper version is available call 518-856-9421 ext. 1001)
