LUMA RETURNS!
We are back for year 11. Last year was a smash success due the talents of all the folks behind team LUMA and this means you! LUMA doesn't happen without the community's support and 2025 is no different. Here are the four primary support roles we need to ensure the festival will be awesome.
PROMO TEAM: The Promo Team will be responsible for raising community awareness of LUMA prior to the festival. Responsibilities include tabling at other festivals and events as well as handing out flyers. Required availability 4 hours per session, June thru August.
TECH TEAM: Want to help create the magic of LUMA? The Tech Team assists our Technical Directors with the projection mapping features and Small Works installations. Training will be provided by LUMA both technical, and on-site, beginning in June.
TYVEK TEAM: The Tyvek team will cut and place the 600 SQ yards of material needed to make the building windows projection ready. We pre-cut the material, then teams will place the Tyvek using tape and ladders. Availability for a couple days between 08.16 and 08.31 required.
FESTIVAL VOLUNTEER: Festival Volunteers help us create the experience of a lifetime! You’ll help out in a variety of ways; staffing the info booth, handing out maps, providing guidance to festival goers, or helping in one of the other roles. Availability 09.05 and or 09.06 required.
