What you need to bring● All items needed to serve your beverage to the patrons including cups, dispensers or ice if needed, beverage napkins if you desire.● Your signature product or a pre-made signature cocktail to be served in 3oz samples, enough for about 400 guests.● Decorations/signage for your table. Booth decor will be judged in the competition.● Adequate ABC licensed staffing with physical card present. Your table must be staffed at all times during the event.
What you need to know● LGBT Chamber Members have no fee for participation●. Non- Chamber members must pay a $300 table fee. Included in this fee is a membership to the LGBT Chamber ● Set up begins in shifts at 1:00 pm and ends at 4:00 pm. You should be ready to serve judges at 4:00 pm.● Vendor serves one sample to guest and will mark punch card as used.● Taste, presentation, and booth decor will be judged by celebrity judges and guests.● Tear down and load out will begin at 8:15 pm, and you are to have all of your belongings moved out of the venue by 10:00 pm.
1. Space will be assigned upon completion and return of this agreement along with the Certificate of Insurance. If vendor is serving alcoholic beverages, then a copy of the ABC License for each server must be sent.2. Vendors will use only the space assigned to them. Registration includes one 6-foot table for prep and one 6-foot table for display.3. Vendors will enter Nissan Stadium and volunteers will show them to their location.4. Vendors must be ABC Licensed to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages. Copies of licenses must be provided to the LGBT Chamber by November 1, 2018 and physical copies must be onsite.5. All samples must not exceed 3oz. 6. Set up time is staggered from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Vendor must be prepared to serve food at 4:00 pm, Sunday, November 18, 2018.7. All vehicles entering the loading dock must have a completed form (provided) returned to TASTE staff before entering the dock per Nissan Stadium's Safety Protocol. All vehicles must be removed from the load in area immediately after unloading.8. Vendor booths are to remain intact until the closing of TASTE at 8:00 pm. All booths must be dismantled and items removed by 10:00 pm, Sunday, November 18, 2018.9. Each table is allowed no more than 4 staff members at the event. This is to include, chef, plater, server, etc. 10. The Nashville LGBT Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to decline to permit a vendor to conduct and maintain a booth if, in the Nashville LGBT Chamber’s sole judgement, said vendor shall, in any respect, be deemed unsuitable. This reservation relates to persons, conduct, articles of merchandise, printed matter, souvenirs, catalogs, and any other thing without limitation which affects the character of the booth and, therefore, TASTE.11. It is specifically declared that all vendors will confine their activities to conform to specifications set out by Nissan Stadium’s rules and regulations, and vendors shall abide by the general agreements between the Nashville LGBT Chamber and Nissan Stadium, and also for specifications of the Metro Police Department and Fire Marshall’s Office for the premises. 12. Vendor agrees to protect, save, and hold the Nashville LGBT Chamber of Commerce and all members and officers thereof forever harmless for any damages or charges imposed for violation of any law or ordinance whether occasioned by the negligence of the vendor or those holding under the vendor, and save and hold harmless the indemnities against and from any and all losses, costs, damage, from or out of by reason of said vendor’s occupancy and use of the premises or any part thereof. It is recommended that vendors take individual precautionary measures such as securing easily transportable articles of value and their removal to a place of safekeeping before, during, and after TASTE hours or while the booth is not manned. It is further agreed that all material brought by the vendor is the responsibility of the vendor, and the Nashville LGBT Chamber of Commerce hereby disclaims all responsibility of these articles. The parties hereto acknowledge that the foregoing disclaimer of liability has been negotiated between the parties and is reflected in the shares applicable to this agreement.
