Youth unemployment rate in the country is high no doubt!  

But as disheartening as the unemployment situation in the country seem, there are over 3000 vacant positions across various online job portals. These  vacant positions are Social Media related (i.e Social Media Marketer, Content Marketer, Search Engine Optimization Specialist, Brand Influencers, Affiliate Marketer, Brand Ambassador, Digital Marketer, E-commerce Specialist etc.)

Theses jobs may not pay as high as most youths desire but it’s a good place to start.

The irony of the situation is that most youths do not have the skills to take on jobs.

The goal of the "MentorMe4Success" Program is to mentor youths with practical skills that will enable them take on "Blue Collar" and "No Collar" jobs either as an employee or a freelancer. Through completion of projects and tasks the selected youths get to develop impressive portfolio that makes them attractive to employers and individuals who need their services.  

When youths are exposed to the requisite skills even if they do not secure full-time employment in the "four walls" of an organization they can sell their skills for money.

There are many problems facing our country and I implore you to join me in proffering solution to one of the many problems.
