Is there anything you would particularly need in the Gingerbread House in terms of furnishings, equipment etc?  We will provide the basics:  something to sit on,  a table, shelters for workshops, clipboards and paper for groups...
Do you have an enhanced DBS certificate (we may need you to get one if you don't, depending on who you are working with and how)? *
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?  If selected we will need you to show us a copy of your insurance certificate (available very reasonably through a-n if you don't have it). *
