SD Leadership Summit 2020: Portland Volunteer Information

If you don't have a Slack handle, would you be willing to join us in a private volunteer slack channel? If so, we'll send you an invite email. Slack is a great space for us all to chat and get to know each other.
Which volunteer roles are you open to helping with?
In exchange for a free Summit conference ticket, we are asking for 5-6 hours of volunteer time.We'll try our best to accommodate your preferences. If you choose Registration, please choose an additional option as well.
Registration: (check in attendees at Summit, answer questions)
Runner (help guide people at Summit, deliver things, relay messages, run out for supplies when needed)
Photography (take pictures of the Summit, along with attendees engaging with each other and the conference. Amateur photographers welcome! Must bring your own camera/phone.)Anything! Happy to help where needed.

Volunteers will need to work one morning or afternoon shift on one day. Please mark down all shifts you would be available for. Volunteers are welcome to work more shifts if they'd like.
DAY ONE: Wednesday April 1 morning (7:30 am- 12:25 pm)
DAY ONE: Wednesday April 1 afternoon (12:25 pm - 5:00 pm)
DAY TWO: Thursday morning April 2 morning (7:30 am- 12:25 pm)
DAY TWO: Thursday afternoon April 2 afternoon (12:25 pm - 5:00 pm)
All volunteers will help with setup on Wednesday, April 1st, at 7:30 am. Volunteers will also help with takedown at 5 pm on Thursday, April 2. Many hands make it go so much faster :)
Anything we should know in terms of accommodation for you? Anything we shouldn't ask you to do? We want to make sure everyone has a good time! Free space to write down your thoughts and needs. :)
Your commitment if you are approved as a volunteer: 1. You agree to follow our code of conduct 2. You (or your employer) will cover your travel and accommodation costs. 3. If you cannot complete your responsibilities for any reason, contact us ASAP
