MFM 2020 Dealer Den "Stay Safe"

We are all family and we want all of our family to stay safe. Camp Mephit is on hold for 2020. We will go to camp in 2021! Please use the below form to let Shelby know your intentions for your Dealer Den spot. We will work with you the best we can. We want everyone to come back healthy!

Please note your personal pre-registration fees are not a part of this. See Bunny's information on how registrations are handled. The questions below pertain only to your dealer den table.

Answers to this form are due by April 30, 2021. If we don't hear anything from you by then, your table will be rolled over to next year with no refund option.

Refunds will not be processed until after the above April 30th deadline in order to do them all at one time.
