TEAM NC is a non-profit organization located in downtown Forest City NC.  TEAM NC was formed for the purpose of improving the quality of education for NC students in both public and private education settings.

* You may select one Reading session and one Math session. NOT THE SAME DAY OR TIME
* Reading and Math CANNOT be scheduled during the same hour or day unless preapproved. 
* If selecting both subjects, choose two different session times ON DIFERENT DAYS. You will need to submit a separate sign-up form for each session. 
* Students are allowed no more than three excused absences without advance notice.
* Session choices are not guaranteed. Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
