Understand that being a director will involve high commitment duties, including but not limited to: 
1. Reaching out to and maintaining relationships with labs. 
2. Acquiring feedback from both labs and program participants. 
3. Ensuring that state child clearance laws are adhered to in all labs— (will involve the creation of a document leading labs through how to secure any clearances and/or legal documentation required). 
4. Promoting state RSC on social media. 
5. Reaching out to state high schools to promote lab opportunities with flyers and possibly visits to high schools to speak about the opportunities.
