Above mentioned rates are quoted per person per night and include accommodation on full conference board. The full conference board includes - breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks. Аll accommodation rates include 1 sun chair (per person) and 1 umbrella (per room) on the beach. Both hotels are close to the beach (150m) and offer their guests a separate beach area with privileged access. Flamingo 4* is located next to the Flamingo Grand Hotel 5 *

Check-in after 02.00 p.m. – the full conference board starts with a dinner.

Check out until 12.00 p.m. – the full conference board ends with a lunch.

All above mentioned rates are per person per night and include VAT and local tax.

This reservation can be cancelled without cost until 14 days before arrival. In case of No-Show or cancellation of reservation after that period, we reserve the right to charge 100% of booked services as a cancelation penalty.

There will be enough rooms reserved for all participant at the both venue hotels, but reservations will have to be made by latest 16 May 2025.
