General Information
For the Phang Nga Flexible Retreat program, we are welcoming people who want to come meditate to stay with us in a more relaxed setting. It will be more akin to integrating as a member of the community and going along with our typical daily schedule. 

This type of setting comes with the benefit of having more free time and space to practice by yourself and reflect, we will of course still provide you with meditation instruction and guidance from our teaching monks and a comfortable place in nature with plenty of time and space to practice. 

There also is no designated time limit or minimum amount of stay, so please choose the dates that you would like to attend. You are welcome to stay longer term if you are interested to do so.
Programs (you could choose) and Costs
  1. StarMountain Area Flexible Retreat : participate in a full day of flexible retreat with complete accommodations. Guests are welcome to join on any day of their choosing. (Donation: 1000 Baht per night)
  2. 1-Day StarMountain Area: join a one-day retreat experience without an overnight stay. The program includes two nutritious meals. Participants are kindly requested to arrive before 9:00 AM. (Donation: 350 Baht per day)
  3. Invitation กิจนิมนต์ (Invited Location) : we warmly welcome invitations for our teaching monks to lead special ceremonies throughout Phang Nga and nearby provinces, including Phuket. Ceremonies may include housewarmings, Thai-style engagement ceremonies, Buddhist chanting, funerals, or private meditation sessions. Donation: Based on distance, with open offerings ( making merit according to faith )

Daily Schedule (subject to change in the event of special activity)
Please arrive during our registration window, between 2pm-5pm on the day of your arrival. 

Daily Schedule 
6.00 - 7.00 : Morning Meditation and Chanting
7.30 : Breakfast
10.00 - 11.00 : Meditation Principles
11.30 : Lunch
13.00 - 18.00 : Free Time
18.00 - 19.00 : Evening Meditation and Chanting

You will be provided with 2 meals a day (breakfast and lunch) and some light refreshments in the evening time. 
Arrival to the Center
By Taxi, it will be charged around 2000 Baht per trip. 

By public minivan, go to Phuket Bus station and buy ticket from Phuket to Krabi, Nakornsridhammarat or Suratthani. Ask to be dropped at Krasom bus station, Phang-Nga. Ticket costs 80-90 Baht. Once ticket is ready, please call P Ang ‪+66 86 476 1491‬  to prepare to receive.

What To Bring
We will be providing you with sets of White Clothes during your stays.
  • Towel and Toiletries
  • Bug repellent and Needed Medicine
  • Alarm Clock (if you want to be refrain from your phone)
Also if you would like to be free from your phone, you may bring your own personal alarm clock or watch with you.
