Buncombe County Workplace Wellness Survey
WHAT IS THIS SURVEY? This survey asks about policies, procedures, and practices Buncombe County employers have in place that support employee health.

WHY DOES WORKPLACE WELLNESS MATTER?  Workplace wellness policies, procedures, and practices that support healthy behaviors among employees provide a number of benefits.  These include decreased healthcare costs, fewer employee absences, increased productivity, worker retention, and a positive work environment.

HOW WILL THE INFORMATION BE USED? Anonymous, grouped data will be shared with employers across Buncombe County to guide discussion and structures that support employee health.  With permission, local model policies and practices will be shared to help employers implement evidenced-based workplace wellness strategies.

WHO SHOULD COMPLETE THIS SURVEY? The person who handles the benefits and/or wellness activities.  Organizations of all sizes are strongly encouraged to participate.

Please complete this survey by March 14, 2014 to be entered into a drawing for a free team registration for the 2014 Chamber Challenge 5K.  This survey should take about 12 minutes to complete.
