Spots are available via a "first paid, first served" method. Confirmation of a spot will be given approximately within one week (7 days) of receiving this completed form AND payment. We will do our best to allowonly one Direct Sales Representative per business will be approved(1 downtown and 1 at Lions Park). No electricity will be provided unless paid for. Those spots are limited. Confirmation will be sent to the email provided in this form and will include more details about the day of the event such as parking, unpacking, check-in, etc. All vendors will be set up in the middle of Broad Street downtown unless otherwise specified.
*Prescott Non-Profit Organizations and Downtown Storefront Owners are free of the registration fee requirement, but are still required to fill out this form to reserve their location.
