Thank you for participating in our inaugural Saint Leander School Car Show. Please read below for the details of the event and liability waiver.

REGISTRATION FEE $30: 100% of proceeds support student grants and scholarships. Payment options are Venmo or Cash. Upon registration we will email you Venmo link for payment. If you choose to pay cash we will collect upon arrival at the event. 

EVENT DETAILS: Entrants should arrive at 8:00am. The show will be held from 9:00am-1:00pm. Entrants may begin leaving the event at 1:00 pm. For the safety of all, Saint Leander School asks that vehicles remain parked during the entire duration of the event. Voting for People’s Choice will be held between 9:00am- 12:30pm.

DURING THE EVENT: No starting, idling, revving of cars is allowed. Cars displayed may not exhibit political campaign signs or markings. However, offers to sell the car are allowed. Saint Leander School asks all attendees to respect others and their vehicles during this event.

LIABILITY: Saint Leander School, promoters, associated parties and facility assume no responsibility or liability for any theft or damage of vehicles, and/or displays and related items during move in, show hours, or move out.

PHOTOGRAPHY/ VIDEO RELEASE: Saint Leander School reserves the right to photograph, video tape, film, or reproduce in any medium, an entry for any future use at no compensation to the entry owner or participant. Upon entering the event, the entrant surrenders all claims. As an entrant in a Saint Leander School event, I hereby agree to the above stipulations and regulations set forth and fully understand my responsibilities.
